RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nyunèa, we are committed to providing quality wellness products and fair customer service.
RETURNS FOR UNWANTED ITEMS
Because Nyunèa products are supplements intended for consumption, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original undamaged packaging.
To request a return for an eligible unwanted item, please contact Nyunèa within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, full name, and reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for the return delivery cost for unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable delivery method, as Nyunèa cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened, used, unsealed, or consumed supplements.
• Products with broken safety seals.
• Products damaged through misuse, incorrect storage, or customer handling.
• Products returned without first contacting Nyunèa.
• Products returned more than 7 days after delivery, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged on arrival, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Nyunèa as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible issue. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.
REFUNDS
Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where Nyunèa supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect, as timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact Nyunèa as soon as possible and include your order number.
If an order has already been packed, handed to the courier, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The return process above will apply where the item is eligible for return.
